I believe that connecting with yourself in nature can awaken your potential in the most powerful of ways.
Coaching in nature offers a refreshing new way of finding answers and growing. Sometimes we'll walk. Other times we'll just sit and other times we'll meditate while looking up at the sky. Whatever we do, we'll always partner with nature.
In nature, we heal.

Coaching in nature
- Walking in nature helps you become quiet in your mind. Nature is restful, therefore you will be able to listen better to your inner voice, where you can find answers to your questions.
- Whilst walking, your body moves. Everything that is stuck in your mind, will more easily start to clear.
- A conversation that takes place in the open, offers space for moments of silence and reflection. Eye contact is not always necessary. Therefore it will be easier to express issues that are difficult or painful.
- Outside in nature, you will set foot on new tracks and discover new horizons - also in yourself.

Meditating in nature
One of the simple pleasures in life is meditating in nature. Nothing supports the opening of the heart and mind like the beauty, tranquillity, and silence of nature.
We host weekly guided meditation and Yoga Nidra sessions in nature in Belgium (Oudenaarde) between May and September.
All our retreats and safaris also offer meditation sessions in nature - on the beach, in the open veld and under the vast African skies.
